Who Should Apply?

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a government-accredited institution. A minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) is required.

You must have completed NYSC or its equivalent (for applicants outside Nigeria).

You must not be older than 27 years by December 31, 2025.

You should be available to work full-time and willing to learn fast.
Where You’ll Work
The GMAP program is open to candidates in all African countries where UBA operates. You’ll be posted to a UBA location based on business needs and availability.
