As a Digital Media & Content Trainee, you’ll be part of a fast-paced media team. Your role will touch on content creation, social media engagement, digital advertising, and day-to-day support for the team. You’ll be hands-on, learning the ropes and contributing to real campaigns from day one.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing creative content for WhatsApp broadcasts (text, images, and videos)

2. Suggest new content ideas based on current media trends

3. Respond to audience messages and comments

4. Engage users through polls, quizzes, and giveaways

5. Support the promotion of posts and the management of sponsored ads

6. Help track ad performance and audience engagement metrics

7. Assist in pitching digital advertising solutions to potential clients

8. Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to execute campaigns

9. Use analytics to suggest improvements and guide future content decisions

What We’re Looking For

1. HND or higher in Mass Communication or a related field

2. Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation

3. Good writing and communication skills

4. Some experience in content management, video editing, or graphic design

5. A team player who’s ready to learn, contribute, and grow
