About the Programme
The Commercial Trainee Programme is a structured talent development pathway that equips participants with the tools, knowledge, and grit required to thrive in the competitive world of sales. Graduates admitted into the programme will begin with an intensive induction period before being placed in the Sales Department at one of TGI Distri’s branches across Nigeria.
Through this placement, trainees will gain first-hand market experience, develop discipline and resilience, and build the skill set required for managerial and leadership positions in the near future.
Who Can Apply
TGI Distri is looking for ambitious, young professionals who are ready to challenge themselves. Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a B.Sc. or HND in any discipline (minimum of Second Class Lower / Lower Credit).
- Possess 1–2 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Be genuinely passionate about pursuing a career in sales.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and office applications.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be 28 years or younger as of December 31, 2025.
- Be willing to work in any part of Nigeria.
