SIAT Group is inviting applications for its intensive one-year Graduate Trainee Program, a hands-on, field-based experience crafted to shape future leaders in the palm oil and edible oils industry across the region.

Where You’ll Be Training
As a trainee, you’ll be immersed in real operations across three major sites in West Africa:
- Presco Plc – Edo State, Nigeria
- Siat Nigeria Limited – Rivers State, Nigeria
- GOPDC – Eastern Region, Ghana
Each location offers a dynamic learning environment, giving you exposure to world-class agricultural practices and the chance to build your leadership potential from the ground up.
Who Can Apply?
If you tick the boxes below, you’re eligible to apply:
- You’re 26 years old or younger (born in 1999 or later)
- You hold a Bachelor’s or B.Tech degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) from an accredited university, either local or international
- You’ve completed National Service and have your discharge certificate
- You’re computer literate, physically fit, and ready to live and work in remote rural areas
We’re looking for graduates in fields such as:
- Crop Science / Agronomy / Crop Production
- Soil Science / Land Management
- Agricultural Economics / Farm Management
- Agricultural Extension / Rural Development
- Plant or Crop Protection
