What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level M&E Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping memorable events, driving revenue, and fostering lasting client relationships. You’ll act as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver, working closely with teams across the hotel to ensure seamless and successful execution of every meeting and event.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow event sales

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Lead site visits and presentations to showcase our event spaces and services

Prepare customized proposals and negotiate competitive agreements

Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, operations, etc.) to deliver successful events

Keep up with trends and market activity to inform sales strategies

Maintain accurate records using the hotel’s CRM system

Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
You’re passionate, driven, and ready to launch a rewarding career in hospitality sales. You have a customer-first mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy the energy of events and people.

Strong interest in sales, events, or hospitality (prior experience is a plus, but not required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—natural at building rapport

Confidence in negotiation and problem-solving

Strong organization and time management skills

Results-oriented attitude, able to work independently and within a team

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software

Awareness of current trends in meetings and events (or a willingness to learn)
