1. Graduate Internship – Engineering & Science

Location: Port Harcourt

This internship track is designed for young graduates in engineering and science disciplines who are eager to dive into the technical side of the oil and gas industry. It’s an excellent opportunity to get hands-on exposure and understand real-world processes within a dynamic energy environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or Science disciplines

  2. Minimum of Second Class Upper (or equivalent)

  3. Must currently reside in Port Harcourt

  4. Foundational knowledge of oil & gas trading or LPG cylinder production is an added advantage

  5. Strong willingness and agility to learn new concepts quickly

2. Legal Trainee – Law Graduates

If you have a background in law and a desire to understand how legal systems operate within the corporate energy sector, this is the role for you. As a Legal Trainee, you will support the legal team with research, document preparation, compliance tasks, and much more. You’ll be mentored by experienced legal professionals and gain real insights into corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.

What You’ll Do

  1. Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memos, and opinions

  2. Review contracts, NDAs, and MoUs

  3. Assist with due diligence for transactions and audits

  4. Track and interpret legal and regulatory changes

  5. Maintain legal documentation and case tracking systems

  6. Attend meetings or court sessions when needed

  7. Provide admin support on documentation and deadline tracking

  8. Collaborate with other departments on legal and compliance matters

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)

  2. Currently enrolled in Bar School or similar legal training preferred

  3. Postgraduate qualifications (LLM, diploma) are a bonus but not mandatory

  4. Internship or work experience in a legal setting is beneficial

  5. Familiarity with corporate or regulatory law is an advantage

Skills Required

  1. Legal research and analysis

  2. Excellent written and spoken communication

  3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

  4. Ability to manage time and work both independently and in teams

  5. Familiarity with legal software tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw)

  6. Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
