Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Programme is only one of the steps we take to build our future leaders — preparing them to manage today’s issues and create tomorrow’s triumphs. What You’ll Be Getting Out of the 10-Month GMT Experience:
Three Rotations Through Main Areas:
- You’ll be working on real projects within our pillars of operation — Marketing, Sales or Tech, and Supply & Logistics — getting a glimpse at each function’s unique challenges.
- Spend time with senior leaders, learn about our global strategy, and meet GMTs from around the world.
- Mentorship & Learning: Have guidance from experienced mentors and access to top-of-the-line learning and development tools tailored to fit your development.
- Cross-Zone Exposure: Be prepared to travel around — you might be offered the chance to work in different locations within your zone.
- Career Tracking & Placement: Our Talent Management team will be with you every step of the way, and you will be placed in a frontline role on graduation, with autonomy in your future career progression.
Eligibility Criteria for Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Programme at International Breweries Plc
- A Bachelor’s degree (STEM backgrounds are preferred); postgraduate qualifications such as PGDip or Master’s in Business Administration are an added advantage.
- Maximum of 3 years total formal work experience at the beginning of the program (internships and brief work experience do not count).
- Right to work in the nation you’re applying to.
NYSC fulfilled (for Nigerian citizens). - English language proficiency.
- Desire to relocate for employment in your area — flexibility is paramount.
