What You’ll Gain

Throughout the program, you’ll be immersed in real-world challenges and responsibilities within the Quality Control (QC) and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) units. You’ll be learning from experienced professionals, applying industry best practices, and developing the technical and soft skills you need to thrive.

By the end of the program, you’re expected to confidently handle key responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to our quality assurance processes.

Your Role as a Graduate Trainee – Quality Control

As part of the QC/QHSE team, your mission is to ensure our products consistently meet or exceed the required quality standards. Under supervision, you’ll get involved in a range of activities such as:

• Inspecting products and processes to detect deviations or defects

• Analyzing quality metrics and reporting trends

• Keeping detailed records of inspections, findings, and improvements

• Supporting the development of more efficient quality control methods

• Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues

• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations

• Verifying that labeling and packaging information is accurate and complete

• Conducting internal audits and contributing to complaint investigations

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for proactive graduates who are ready to take the first step in their professional journey. You should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (minimum 2:1)

• Between 0–2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC or HSE roles

• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

• Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills

• Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

• Familiarity with quality tools like SPC or Six Sigma is a plus
