We’re looking for a Mechanical Technician Trainee who’s ready to learn, grow, and build a future in industrial manufacturing.

Your Core Responsibilities

As a trainee, your day-to-day work will focus on learning the basics of mechanical systems in a factory environment. You’ll be involved in:

1. Inspecting, maintaining, and helping repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, and conveyors

2. Supporting scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and documenting your work

3. Assisting with root-cause analysis to identify and help solve mechanical issues

4. Following strict safety procedures and company maintenance standards

5. Keeping your workspace clean and organized at all times

6. Collaborating with senior technicians to gain hands-on experience and technical know-how
