As part of this mission, the company is expanding its digital capability and inviting qualified professionals to apply for several key roles. These include:

• Digitalization Specialist (Zonal Lead)

• Data Scientist

• SAP Associate (QM, PP Modules)

The Business Champ will play a central role in advancing Dufil’s digital transformation goals. This position involves working across departments to improve systems, integrate digital tools, optimize processes, and champion innovation. It is ideal for candidates who are both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to bridge technology and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of digital transformation strategies

• Support the integration of technology into existing business processes

• Identify inefficiencies and lead process optimization initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver training to ensure adoption of digital tools

• Keep pace with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Eligibility Criteria

Dufil is looking for candidates who combine strong technical foundations with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Fresh graduates with a first-class degree and demonstrated interest in digitalization are encouraged to apply

Professional Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or business systems is an added advantage

Technical Competencies:

• Basic proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Understanding of cloud-based platforms and automation technologies

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
