The Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) is a development finance institution dedicated to enhancing the funding access of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria.

Now in its 7th edition, the DBN Entrepreneurship Training Program offers chances for potential and existing entrepreneurs to benefit from free online business training and a business grant support of ₦500,000 to ₦1 million.

Eligibility Requirements for the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) Entrepreneurship Training Program

• Applicant must be 18 years or above
• Must be a Nigerian citizen or legally residing in Nigeria
• A business must be a registered business under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• An enterprise should be a business that generates profit, in any sector
• A candidate who is prepared to spend time completing the training after selection

• Complete four mandatory online business courses before the cutoff
• Shortlisted applicants will get an email link to apply for the physical training session
• A verification email will be sent within 24 hours of submitting the application
• Applications will be shortlisted and processed as per the eligibility and selection criteria
• Shortlisted applicants will be called by email and phone with the contact details provided in their application
