What to Expect
The recruitment journey is thorough, fair, and designed to bring out the very best in every candidate. Here’s how the process unfolds:
1. GMAT-Based Aptitude Test & Essay
Your first challenge will be an aptitude test to assess analytical and problem-solving skills, plus an essay to test your ability to communicate clearly.
2. Assessment Center
Shortlisted candidates will take part in group exercises, presentations, and panel interviews to evaluate teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
3. Final Interview
Candidates who make it through will meet with a Partner for a one-on-one interview—the last step before a potential offer.
4. The Offer
Successful applicants will officially join Andersen and begin building a rewarding career.
Who Can Apply?

Minimum of 5 credits in one sitting, including Mathematics and English.

A Second-Class Upper Degree (2:1) or its equivalent from a recognized university.

Graduates from international universities must submit transcripts if the class of degree isn’t stated.

Law graduates: Minimum of a Second-Class Lower from the Nigerian Law School.

Applicants must be under 27 years old at the time of application.

NYSC Status: Must have completed, be currently serving, or present valid exemption documents.
