Working closely with the Creative Director, vendors, and the events team, your focus will be on keeping everything on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Lucid’s quality standards. You’ll also assist with bringing ideas to life through presentations and support other internal projects beyond events.

Primary Duties

Oversee event projects from the initial briefing stage through to wrap-up. Help with brainstorming, planning, coordinating logistics, and post-event reporting.

Handle administrative tasks like managing calendars, arranging meetings, facilitating communication, and keeping project documentation in order.

Manage logistics, including vendor coordination, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and providing support during events on-site.

Act as the communication hub between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups on tasks.

Keep track of budgets and deadlines. Identify potential issues early and help steer projects back on track when needed.

Source vendors and materials, handle payments, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
Experience Needed

1 to 2 years in operations, administration, or event support roles. Experience within the events or creative industries is advantageous.

Practical knowledge of logistics and vendor management throughout project lifecycles.
