This is an entry-level graduate trainee opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about exceptional service, eager to grow, and excited to work in a refined, high-end environment.

As a Client Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our brand, handling client interactions with professionalism, confidence, and an elegant touch that matches our standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage both walk-in and online clients with courtesy and professionalism.

• Guide customers through the assessment and pawning process of their luxury items.

• Clearly explain loan terms, repayment plans, and interest rates.

• Stay knowledgeable about luxury brands and the services we provide.

• Handle all client transactions with confidentiality and care.

• Keep detailed records of all interactions and transactions.

• Follow up with clients on renewals, repayments, and redemptions.

• Assist with onboarding, administrative support, and other operational duties.

• Ensure every client enjoys a premium experience aligned with our brand.

• Work closely with team members to meet personal and branch goals.

Who We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Emotional intelligence and a natural flair for customer service.

• Tech-literate, especially with digital tools and CRM platforms.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of discretion.

• Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.

• A well-groomed, professional appearance is a must.

• Previous experience in luxury retail, finance, banking, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
